What type of running shoes should I buy?
I would like to start running more and I'd like some good jogging shoes. Currently I 'm at 1 &1/2 to help 2 miles but I am doing a 5k in June. I also wish to accomplish the Mackinac Tropical isle 10k run in September. I possess low, almost smooth, arched feet. I want the Nike Eclipse jogging shoes but I are not aware of if those will likely be right for us.

Go to a proper running shop and get fitted. They will do a gait analysis and let you try out the shoes on a treadmill so that you can get the perfect fit. I didn't know I had low arches until I went in for a fitting: my New Balance 940s have now become like family.

Brook shoes work for me. Try a pair out
