Unfortunately, Get Running doesn't have GPS, and there is no way to view a completed workout. If you select a completed run, you may choose to repeat it, but that's all. However! There are lots of great GPS run trackers out there! Personally, I like Nike+ Running simply because it lets you earn badges (and who doesn't like earning badges, I ask you?). Runkeeper is another good one, that one has built-in 10k and half-marathon programs, but also tracks all sorts of activities besides running - I use Runkeeper to log how far I ride my bike. MapMyRun is another I have used in the past, and it does what it's supposed to. Actually, I can't even remember why I stopped using it. It really was an okay app.

I use motion-x and polar beat.

Both use gps/mapping but with different functionality.
