Is running at night as good as running during the day
I heard that running during the day is better for you than running in the mid-afternoon/night. I would prefer to run around 5 or 6 pm, but would that help me get in shape?

Huh! I've never heard of that. I like running in the evening, or at night. Certainly, in the summer, it's generally much cooler, which is great for running.
I love the idea of getting up early for a run, but I usually just want to yawn my way around, if I manage it.
I'd go for it. In the winter though, make sure you've got something highly visible on so cars can see you easily.
Happy running,
Benjohn

I prefer running at night too! I'm always dehydrated in the morning:)
