Week 4 Run 1 - I did it

Post by Sugar11 »

Really struggled with week 2 and almost gave up! So glad I didn't because I just completed W4R2 and it was tough but I did it and really enjoyed it. It's great to really notice yourself getting fitter and better. Feeling great for now.

Keep up the good work everyone - we can do it!

Keep up the good work!!

It's a great feeling when you progress through the weeks, becoming fitter and leaner.

Have fun and enjoy!

I just completed W4R1 and can agree completely with "it was tough but I did it." but your credibility is in question for:
and really enjoyed it.
;) ;)

, what are you noticing? (serious question, not being cynical)
