Week7Run 2 done!

Well almost through with week 7, looking forward to week 8. Keeping my pace at what I did early on. Did slow down a bit today when it was time to turn around and then increased my speed to be just a bit faster than normal. I am not sure if it is helpful or not, but it was fun, so I may try it again Saturday on my final w7 run. Breathing seems to get into a pattern after a little time, definitely before Clare gives her first 5 minute check. Going to try and do some squats later to help build up some muscle in my legs along with some calf raises. Guess I should hit the Internet to see if the experts think this is a good idea.
