Hi,
Week 8, run 1 today and really struggled with calf muscle pain in one leg. I kept going and wonder if that was the right thing or if the sensible thing would have been to stop. I keep doing stretching exercises now to try and ease it. What's my best plan of action now? I don't want to miss my next run!

personally I would wait until pain has gone before running again
