Hi,
I've just finished week 2 run 1 and for the first time no achy muscles compared to the first run where I thought I was gonna die, I believe if you do your rest days as it says even if your dying to run your body will adjust quicker as gives your muscles a change to heal and get stronger.
I too am running to get rid of the wobbly bits (bum and thighs)
