Knee pain - Osteo Bi-Flex supplement advice
I started this program 3 weeks ago after being very sedentary. I am doing this for weightloss which I need to lose approx. 80 pounds. My knees are killing me I just started taking Osteo Bi-Flex supplements. Anyone had success with them taking knee pain away? My body feels like I could run longer but my knee pain is too bad.

If you haven't already, please see a doctor. Knee injuries are no joke!
