W6R1Complete!
Ran in the abysmal heat here and felt so good I ran 8 minutes in place of the final 5 min run. I just didn't want to stop!

That's great, well done, I found that run one of the hardest of the lot so far, I think it was because my head was telling me that after running 20 minutes to go back to short intervals was going to be easy - WRONG!!
