Hi! I've just finished the 20 minute run (hooray!) but I've noticed that whenever I do longer runs (10 minutes plus) I get an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach.
It doesn't hurt or anything, but it's pretty difficult to continue. Everything else is fine- my body can carry on and my breathing may be a bit heavy but it isn't unbearable. Is it just because I'm not used to the long runs yet? Thankfully my next run is divided again, but will it get easier as I go on? I tend to drink a lot of water before a run too, so I don't know if it's just the liquid in my stomach.
Any help is appreciated! x

You may want to try drinking less water before your runs. I've found that I can barely run if I have anything more than about a cup of water or coffee before a run. It messes up my stomach and I get side cramps.
