That's great well done for getting so far. I completed week two run one today and week nine seems a very long way off! How did it go?

Hard!

I think I made it harder by joining my sons for paintball on Sunday. Three hours running around crouched - suffice to say I could feel it this morning.

When I started running my legs already felt tired so it was harder than usual. But I got there in the end.

I think that provided you discipline yourself to breath properly and get a rhythm going, then the rest is will power. At least that is how it works for me!

I am SO pleased I have managed the 30 minutes. I might have been crawling along in places, but I did it :D

Bah its rain, thunder & lightning. I will give it an hour and see if I dare venture out. Rain I dont mind... but lightning draw the line at.

I want to keep to my schedule! GAH!

Last week it was thunderstorms and other interference. So I am restarting week 9. In the rain...

I started week 9 today also. I'm really glad it was only a 2 minute difference than last week.

I hope you are having better weather!

My second run is tomorrow and the weather remains very wet. On the bright side, at least it is cool

No rain here, this week, though I have had a couple rainy days previously. I prefer them to the heat.

A manic work schedule prevented me from a normal running plan - but I completed week 9 on Monday. No rain, nice and cool evening run. I was tired though, and my pace was not what it could be. But I finished so I do not mind at all!

Now I am off for a week and a half holiday before resuming my running. I imagine I will be swimming plenty with my kids.

I cant thank you guys enough for creating this app. Simply wonderful.
