W7R1 Complete!

Post by DebL66 »

My schedule has been hectic lately and I am finding it difficult to run as much as I would like but I am sticking with it. I ran week 7 today and still can't believe I am running for 25 min straight. What I also can't believe is how much I am beginning to love running and the way I really look forward to my next one and am antsy until I can do it.

I had a slight distance improvement over my first 25 min run...2.27 vs 2.2 last time. I am not setting any speed records for sure but I am consistently making small gains in distance with each run. I will be curious to see what I am running at the end of week 9.

I love this program. My 5K is on Sept 9 and I am pretty confident that I will be able to run the whole thing...maybe not with any great speed, but I will run it.

Great job! I just finished week 6 run 3, my first 25 min run and I made it! I also love this app! I feel antsy also if I don't get out and run and for me that's almost as food if a feeling as running! I can't believe I want to run! My first 5k is Sept. 30 and like you, I'm not worried about breaking any speed records, but u will run the entire thing! Happy running!
