I've just finished the first 20 min run!!! I am buzzing, I was actually looking forward to it after how easy I finished the previous session of 2x8 mins. I was in for a shock though as I don't like to say it but I found it really difficult at times, mainly between 8 & 13 minutes. I didn't stop though, just slowed my pace an pushed on. I 'm hoping this difficult session is the bad run I hear about and that my running gets better from here.
Anyway I did it hooray!
