Did a 5k Race for Life today!
Today I did a 5k Race for Life in 32 minutes and raised £130 for charity. On July 1st I couldn't run 10 seconds! For all of you just starting out on this programme, keep going - it works!

Wow well done. That's a brilliant time too you must be so chuffed. I'm going to try one on Sunday but I'm thinking 40 mins is more realistic for me xx
