Dance class on the same day as a run?

I'm thinking of joining a dance class - I did a tiny bit of dance when I was a teenager, about 7 years ago, and I'd love to try it again. But I before I started with Get Running I hadn't done any exercise at all for years, and I'm a bit worried about doing too much all at once - especially as the dance class I want to join is on Tuesdays, which is one of the days I run. I don't really want to change the days that I run, as I like the pattern of my week as it stands. But I'd worry about having a run in the morning and then a pretty high energy dance class in the evening - do you think this'd be too much? I'm a bit worried about doing too much and wearing myself out and getting disheartened or injured!
