Stuck!!
I seem to be stuck trying to achieve the 20 minute run at the end of week 5. I can run 10-12 minutes but then need to walk for 3 before running another 10. I say run but to be honest it's more of a jog. I have now had 3 consecutive attempts at 20mins continuous running. I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever be able to do it. Has anyone had the same problem?

Yep it took me a while to get through week 5. One thing that did help - mine is less of a jog more of a slow lollop. Which then gets gradually faster as I repeat the runs.

Yes! Today I managed to do W5R3 and I actually feel great! Onwards and upwards
