First time runner. Just finished W1R2....
I'm feeling good about this even though i've never run before. i've never been much of an active person but as i'm getting older i'm starting to realize that if I want to get healthy, I have to get active! Something I've always known, just needed to act on it! So here goes nothing! My only concern is that my rest days will cause be to get lazy and out of routine.... Any suggestions?
