Justed completed my 1st run of wk3 have never run this much in my life, and enjoying it so much...... So pleased feel fab !!!!!

I totally agree with you. I have just finished week 3, having never run before and am so surprised to find I can do it and how good I am feeling.

Well done.. I am enjoying it's really quite addictive , better than smoking so glad I gave it a go !!
