I am now on week 7 - which after years of trying to run I am so shocked that I made it this far!! Anyway, now that I am running consistantly, I would like to know if I am actually anywhere near 5 K. Does anyone recommend a GPS app that I can run simultaneously with get running?? Preferably a free app but not necessary. I want to be able to keep the Get Running app up on my iTouch ( for those times I am counting those seconds until I can stop ) and have the GPS run in the background.
