Hi there,
Thought things had been going quite well, but tried W4R1 today, and had to stop halfway through the last 5 minute run. Feeling a bit deflated as this is the first time I've had to end a run prematurely. Was just totally exhausted. Not sure if it's more mind over matter now, but not sure whether to repeat this week even if I finish the other 2 successfully?
Not finishing a session.

Hi, i read this on monday just after (not) finishing w4r1. I was distraught because i didn't manage the full last 5minute run. It was such a comfort to see your post, knowing someone else had the same experience. However, today I tried again and I managed. 
Don't get me wrong, it was awful and i thought that i was going to be sick, but i did manage to finish. Did you give it another try today? If not, try tomorrow. If i can do it then you can. Good luck!
