I'm on week 6 and have done this up to now with no problems and alot of enjoyment but last week (week 6) I had a cold rested for 4 days and then started where I left of but then injured my groin. I'm now waiting to get better again and to start again but just want to know how best to start again ie from the begining so I don't over do it again and injure myself again

Sorry about the illness and injury – that's a pain!
I wouldn't start from the beginning, I don't think you need to do that. I'd probably go back to week four or so, and go from there. If you feel you want to, then move on to week five.
Make sure you're properly recovered before you start. A thought: you might like to do something like swimming to start up again. I think you would find this comfortable sooner than running.

Thanks for the tip Ben Jon I'm still injured have ran bit last week but I need to rest like you say and get 100% fit before I start again
Have read a few things with people saying about swimming so I'm going to look in to that
