Just finished week 4 and it feels great! Hard work but feel so much better and dropped a dress size never liked running but have to say I'm loving this app!
Nice to know that you've lost some weight too Lisa. That is what I'm aiming for (im on Wk2 run 2)- weight loss and a bit more fitness. I'm going to also book myself in for the Great Manchester Run in May 2011 for something to aim for. I never thought I'd be an athlete, but with this plan it doesn't seem a million miles away.
Hi Lisa, I will be doing run 3 of week 3 tomorrow and I, too, am down a dress size. Yeah! This running is more mental than physical so I am continuing to push myself. You keep up the good and hard work and you will reach your goal:))

Just done week 5 run 1 and it's getting easier, but not looking forward to the run 3 the biggy, but I'll give it my best, didn't dream I'd be doing it as good after my first run weeks ago, feel my body is stronger and my shins feel better, feeling it in my stomach muscles tonight, which feels good
