Week 1 run 2... Still on board!
Just finished week 1 run 2. Using a treadmill due to weather so don't know how effective the program will be in regards to running a 5k. Even if I can't run 5k at the end of this I won't be any worse for the wear... Right? Walking at 3.0 and running at 5.5-6.0 on treadmill. Keeping incline at 1 for now.

I'm sure you will do grand! Used my treadmill the last wk!! Got to week 6 and found I can run 5k straight!! May hav to work on my pace but impressed I can do it now!! Don't like having a rest day I know you should! Good luck with Yr training !!
