Six months later...
Despite illness, surgery and a whole host of other distractions, I did my last run last night. I finished! I am now going to go and throw flowers at myself, as we say in Yorkshire. I am deeply, deeply grateful to getrunning for turning me from a running-hater into a running-lover and will promote the app at every opportunity. As for now what, a 10K by March...
