Hi there. I am running about 30 mins now but Dom about 20mins in my feet start getting numb feeling and I feel as if I have no power or control of them. I could trip very easily.
It is as if the circulation is cut off them. I feel that I could run longer but it is my feet that is keeping me back. Once I get into the house and get shoes off and feet up they return to normal.
I have tried loose laces different shoes etc but nothing is helping.
Anyone else had this??
