Week 3, Run 1 tonight
I'm starting Week 3 tonight, and to be honest, I'm a little bit nervous. Running twice for 3 mins is filling me with dread for some reason. Week 2, Run 3 was a breeze though, but I am nervous about stepping up a gear - does anyone else feel like this for the first run of the week?

Re: Week 3, Run 1 tonight
Well I made it! And it actually felt quite good!
I was really daunted by the longer runs, but I took them really slowly and stayed at a really steady pace. I felt quite out of breath about half way through the first 3 mins, but the second 3 min run didn't seem too bad. And I was on such a high all the way through.
Bring on W3R2!!

Re: Week 3, Run 1 tonight
Amazingly I have finished week 3 now, and I am feeling so proud of what I achieved so far. I never even thought I'd be able to complete week one, let alone week 3.
But now I'm at that in between stage again when I'm terrified of starting a new week and stepping up a gear - 2 runs of 3 mins and 2 of 5 mins just fills me with dread! And I can't help but look ahead to what the next few weeks will bring - I know I should just concentrate on the next run really, but I can't help myself!
The thing that slows me down the most is the fact that I get really out of breath - is there anything I could be doing to improve this? Any tips to help stop the wheezing (!) would be appreciated!
