I had my first run on Wednesday which I managed to finish although I did not feel so fantastic afterwards (it was 38C outside with 94% humidity), so I really didn't choose the best day to start. But i did finish it, which is the point, and I had my second run today and it went much better. I only covered 2.8k the first go around and did 3.6 this time and did not feel nearly as exhausted. I've got a good pair of shoes, but definitely have a problem with managing my breathing. My sinus cavities fill up the minute I start any kind of cardio, so I find myself sucking air much to hard through my mouth. But, perhaps that's just my bodies way of rebelling lol. So I'm looking forward to the upcoming weeks and hope that I can continue to complete the tasks.
Just starting :D

Just starting :D
I've wanted to get into running for awhile but have had a few failed attempts because I'm not very good at pushing myself when things get difficult and I was either overdoing it or underdoing it. So I downloaded this app and hoped that having it tell me when I should be walking and running that I would be able to do it

Wow – that sounds like you have covered a lot of ground. How fast do you think you run? I think that if you want to, you can probably respectably slow down a little, and perhaps that will help your sinuses
Happy running,

I'm not sure how fast I was going. I wasn't sprinting that's for sure but I was sucking air pretty hard so maybe I was going too fast? Im very new to jogging so I'm not sure how fast I should be going. I figured I was breathing so hard just because im out of shape haha. 3rd run of the week is tomorrow morning!
