Hello. Great app. Used it for the first time today and Im loving the personal trainer.
I haven't run properly for 20 years and I'm looking forward to being able to get back into it. I have been walking on and off for the past few years and I'm really hopeful that this app will get me running 5K by September.
If I change my running days due to work/family commitments will it update the schedule?
Also do people have any favorite stretching apps or sites?

Hi - Yes, it will just adapt to when you did run - it's clever like that
I can't help you with the stretches I am afraid - i have to admit - i don't do a great deal - just the basics!
