I ran 30 minutes without stopping

I just started week 7 yesterday. I was at the end of my 25 minute run and wasnt tired so i kept going an extra 5 minutes. I think im going to go to week 9 and try to increase pace until i can run at 6mph. Good idea or no? After i can do 6mph im going to start the bridge to 10 k and after that the sky is the limit

Mean about w7 (25m), w8 (28m) ans w9 (30min). Sounds a good idea to jump ahead to B210k. I'm kinda at that point. Should have done w9r1 (30m) today. But extended it to 36min with ease.
