I'm starting day 1 week 2 run tonight, have had a lovely two day rest and I think this run is going to be hard!
Going to give it my all anyway, as I have to say I'm ready for a good workout and need some de-stressing. Lol
Have a fancy dress party to go to at the weekend and trying to find a costume has been a nightmare. Lol
Hope everyone are still enjoying the plan
x

Hi,
The run was fantasic thanks, it was hardwork but nothing I didn't feel I couldn't cope with.
I'm happy to say I think I'm starting to see improvements in my fitness progression!
Hurrah!
Hope that all is going well with you all!
