Started week 5 this morn 3 5 min runs we're completed with no problems , I'm now feeling stronger with each run and really looking forward to run 3 this week . Can't believe how far I've come on since week 1 hopefully the progress will continue .

Great Carlos. You'll amaze yourself. Enjoy it. I started this programme back in end July 2010. 46y old and couldn't run to save my life! Stuck with the programme all through the summer and finished week 9 end September 2010. Now I can run for over 60 minutes without problems and manage 15k. Pace increasing nicely (just did 6.64 km in 31'16" earlier this evening - that's 5km in 23'53"!). Planning on a half-marathon in June 2012. I know without any doubt at all that I would never have had the motivation or joy out of this without this app. It's by far - the best £1.99 I have ever spent!
