Halfway through the programme

Hi all I am now on Week 4 run 2 and I am definitely feeling the pain not excruciating pain (thank goodness). My knee (left side) is feeling a bit weak - although I have had trouble with this from my teenage years ( seems such a long-time ago
) with dislocating problems. I think I need some strength training such as weights as I seem to run better after a session. Also my chest is burning I am putting this down to being unfit and maybe will ease up as I get fitter. Although some pain is there it doesn't stop me from running especially using this app as it's so addictive!!
I have also lost half a pound so as I get lighter I will be able to do more for longer! Thanks to everyones posts I always read for encouragement and identification keep it up as will I. Hope to see you all at the finish line.
