I ran for 3 minutes! Yay!!!

Post by Stephlperry76 »

Ok I know some of you have posted about this already, but I had to get my post up too! I was soooooo worried about starting week 3. My W2R3 was excruciating!! My shins hurt and calves burned. I decided to give week 3 a go! I found it so much easier than week 1 and 2! The time went by super fast. It seemed like the half way point came really quickly! Yay! I'm soooooo motivated right now!

Wow, Steph! In no time, you'll be running 30 minutes without thinking about it! Great job!

How cool is it that the body adapts and stamina builds!! Im at w5r2 today. I struggled at the end of week 4 and the first run of week 5 was ok. Im still worried about the 20 minute run but some how I think the body will cope!! Well done Steph :)
