I just signed up today, I am on week 7 of this app. I totally love it.
Ive signed up for an 8k run in May this year, so have to increase my stamina!
I would just like to say to the people at the start, that it does get easier.
I used to be puffed at a 3min run and now i can do 25 mins! Im not the fastest runner , infact other runners speed past me all the time, but I just go at my own pace. Its all you can do!
I'm curious about working out on rest days too, just now I do an excercise video for an hour which has some cardio in it, but im wondering if something like swimming might be better. Oh and I also take a day off from any kind of excercise at the weekend. Your body needs time to recover.
I tried a cross country run yesterday and it was soooo much harder than a flat run..so be warned lol
