Sport relief!

Well I just ran the Sport relief 3 miles in 33 minutes. Ok, I came in just ahead of the winner of the 6 mile run but I did it! Didn't stop once. Not bad for my first 'race' at the age of 60 having started Get Running in July after a life of exercise avoidance. Thank you matt and benjohn for how I feel right now with my little red medal round my neck. :o
