Weeks rest after injury where do I restart my course
Hi I was suffering with bad shin pain so i took a week and a bits rest but got to week 4 run 2 all the rest of the runs were relatively easy for me except week 3. I don't feel like I've gotten anymore unfit where do you think I should restart I was thinking of repeating week 3. I no longer have any shin pain so feel ready to run again

It's great you're feeling better, but don't push yourself too hard: repeat the last week you've successfully completed, just to find out how you feel. You may have to go back a week, and that's okay. I've done it several times, myself.
