Week 3 run 1 done!
Well despite the extreme wind, I still got out this evening for my first run of week 3! I was a little bit apprehensive about the 3 minutes, but I did ok! Run 2 of week 2 over, didn't especially enjoy it at first but actually felt better the further I got into it!! I'm generally doing running to get fit, haven't done any form of exercise in quite a few years, I just booked a holiday for august and decided nows the time to try and get my perfect bikini...

Well i've completed my first week and already feel better, I think so far it's psychological but it's definitely improved my energy!
