Re: I keep injuring my knee!!!!!!!!!!!

Not very fast at all. It's more like a slow jog. I'm more focused on endurance than speed at this point.

Re: Making a running playlist!

I'm not really into rap but this song really gets me pumped! It's upbeat, high energy, and the first lyric is... "You might not wanna jog on this one!" Haha!

I keep injuring my knee!!!!!!!!!!!

I am SO frustrated!!! I started this app a few months ago. On the last day of week 1, I injured my left knee. It hurt SO bad! At first I thought it was just runners knee, but it got progressively worse, even after resting it for several days. Eventually I had to go see an orthopaedic doctor who gave...

Re: Runners knee

Drats. That is definitely not what I wanted to hear...but you're right. I'm going to wait until there is no pain at all, and give it a go. I can at least walk on it now, so there is SOME improvement. I hate that this happened right after I finished week 1. This probably means I'll need to start comp...

Runners knee

Anyone experienced this? After Saturdays run, I noticed pain in my left knee... didn't really think much of it... it started hurting about 1-2 hours after my run. Just walking around the house, it hurt to put any kind of pressure on my left knee. I rested all day on Sunday and the pain was much less...

When does it get easier?

I am really struggling! I just started this past Thursday - week 1, day 1. I wasn't even able to complete the 8 runs - I did 7 and felt like collapsing. I had problems catching my breath. Today I did day 2, and it was better. I was actually able to complete the 8 one minute runs and was able to brea...
