I am impressed I almost threw up on my W4R1 and only completed it because my husband sat next to me (I'm using my treadmill) and I didn't want to give up. Must admit that I very much doubt that I will be able to run 20 minutes next week
I have tried running in the morning but I am too tired. So now I run when I get home from work (4 pm) or in the evening (8pm)
4 pm works best for me but I think it is an individual thing.
Starting W4R1 when i get home from work today
Good luck. Even though you probably already finished the run So how did it go? I am at W4R1 and I think it is going ok for me (heart still beating equals success in my world!)
Hope that you hang in there. I am impressed with your energylevel when you have just had a baby
