Well, the 20 minute run didn't go so well, I managed 17 minutes but I think it was totally a mental thing... I had a cold that week and didn't go for a run for almost a week. When I was running I kept thinking that I wasn't totally prepared, that I had to pee (sorry TMI) and I had a runny nose due to the cold... My legs were tired but I think I could have gone for another 3 minutes, was really annoyed with myself!
Anyway, I've decided to continue to move forward with the plan as the next 2 runs were intervals again. I've finished w6 run 2 this morning and have to say it was fairly easy, even ran faster for the last 10 minutes!
I'm running on Sunday next, supposed to be 25 minutes BUT I think I will modify the plan slightly and do 20 this time, then 22minutes next and only then move to 25.... or see how I'm feeling on the day
