Thanks for the tip Ben Jon I'm still injured have ran bit last week but I need to rest like you say and get 100% fit before I start again

Havent a clue if this os true or not but who cares as long as you enjoy the running. When I first started running a few months back I did it to lose weight but now I enjoy it so much that my goals are not weight loss ones anymore I have noticed that I have started to tone up which is better as I don...

I'm on week 6 and have done this up to now with no problems and alot of enjoyment but last week (week 6) I had a cold rested for 4 days and then started where I left of but then injured my groin.
