I started this fantastic programme 6 weeks ago in Spain
In the hot summer. I am sixty and wondered if I could do c25K and guess what I think I can!! This morning I ran for 25 minutes for the first time and fortunately it was a bit cloudy but still lovely and warm. I am really chuffed and want to encourage anyone to do this programme or if you are wondering about giving up - don't. My only worry is whether I can run in the cold UK when I come back in October. Not sure if anyone reading this is my age but if you are I am glad I am not the only OAP.

Programme going well. On week 7 run 2. Much hotter today so was slower. Feel so much better and feeling pretty chuffed still. Keep on running. Determined to get on graduate forum in a few weeks.
