I think it's best to stick to the plan no matter how you feel- just as you sometimes have bad running days, you can also get days when your enegery levels are just a bit above the norm and you feel that you can do more. Some runs I have felt that I might have to repeat a week because it has been that difficult, and then I surprise myself on the next run and do it effortlessly and other runs I feel I could have run another rep or two.
Stick to it and at least you know you're fitness levels are in sync with the programme.
