Hi having always thought I'd NEVER enjoy running. This app has proved me
wrong! Each run I'm amazed at what I'm able too do. Just completed week 5 run 2- 2 x 8 mins, feel really chuffed and scared of the 20 min run looming on Wednesday!

I cant believe I did it! I feel SO amazing.
And just to think I struggled with one minute runs not that long ago.
What really helped was trusting that this app really works and taking it slowly.

Just looking at this as I have just completed week 5 run 1and it was ok. HOWEVER. I didn't realize it was a 20 minute run on run 3!!!!!! O.M.G. how on earth am I going to do that!!!! I know the advice is to take it slower but if I take my slow jog any slower i'll be walking!
