Finally decided to something about my 'relaxed' stomach muscles. Wish me luck!

First run here in TX today. First run EVER.
Ran 5 of the 8 mins. It is a start.
I walked more. Shin splints r bother some.
40y 173# 16sz. Need to slim down n shape up.
Counting 1200 cal.

Blessed by Jesus to be healthy to try.

I just finished my first run too! We're in this together! I just always hated running so much (but I played soccer. Figure that one out!), but Get Running helped me get motivated. Just take it one workout at a time.

Keep going Grace. 5 out of 8 is a good start. Next time try to get to 6. Build up slowly and you will get there. Look forward to your next update. Take care
