Ankle pain
I'm 27 yrs old and experiencing ankle pain during my runs it's my first week and I'm not sure what's going on ive also made sure I stretch properly as well can anyone give me and ideas/ advice thanks wish me luck

Did you get fitted for running shoes? It could be that you're rolling your ankle when you run which a properly fitted pair of running shoes may be able to help with. Good luck with it!
