Some advise if that's ok.
Before I start the app I thought I would do at least
20 minutes fast walking every day for a week,
The problem is on only day 3 of walking my ankle
On my left foot at the front is getting so tight that
I have to stop.I'm gutted because I feel it will stop me.
I havnt even started to jog yet.help !!!! Lol

Hi Lee. Do you have good walking/running shoes? I don't mean something which costs a fortune - but also not something which has been kicking around in the back of the cupboard for years and years? Also are you wearing your laces v tight? Give the app a go. You don't have to be too brisk with your 5 minute warm-up walks. And the first week has 1 minute runs which you can take as slowly as you feel comfortable. good luck and post how you get on
