Motivation

Post by Vinsampow »

Hi this is the first time I am using an app to coach me whilst I run. This isn't however my first run but wanted to complete a 5k run. I always tore pages of 5k training plans out of magazines; which are now lost around the house somewhere. I'd complete the first week on the training plan but never actually completed week 2 and beyond through lack of motivation, these bits of paper just couldn't offer mectge support I needed to get off my backside and do another run. I have done my first run last night and the prompts to start running and walking was excellent as I didn't have to stare at my sports watch every few minutes in the dark, whichbhad always been tricky. Instead I could concentrate on my breathing and performance. I am looking forward to my next run and hope to complete my first ever 5 k run in December!

It's working for lots of people. No reason why you can't be running 5 k in December! Ps. Running in the rain can be nice.
