Yesterday afternoon I did my last run! I started in July. I thought it would be very difficult, but allthough it wasn't easy, it was doable. Still can't believe I'm now able to run for 30 minutes!
However, there are two minor disappointments:
- I haven't lost any weight since I've started (that was one of the goals)
- I still don't run 5km. Yesterday's run was 4,5 km, including the 5 minute warming up and cooling down. But my legs are rather short (in fact, I'm rather short), so probably this is a good speed for me.
Never mind, I want to continue my training. I've downloaded the 'Bridge to 10k' app, which doesn't look as nice as the c25k app, so from now on it will be Jim who will coach me instead of Clare. And I'm considering to do a 5 mile (!) run on November 13., but I'm not sure if that's feasible for me. But it's in the park next door, where I've done all my training so far, so it's very tempting to participate. Unfortunately they don't have any shorter distances, except for the kids run

I'll stick around here on this forum for some time, because I like reading about your running experiences.
