Hey Queeny, good luck for tonight. I did my run yesterday. I made sure I paced myself, & although on the inclines I was very slow, I didn't stop & felt so proud of myself! I never ever thought I would do it, but I did!
You can do it, just imagine we are running along with you, cheering you on!

Just back from week 5 day 3 run and ... I feel fantastic!
I completed the run and I can honestly say I think it was one of my best runs ever.
I felt like I could carry on another ten mins - what has happened to me in the past 5 weeks? I couldn't run for 1 min without gasping for air in week 1 lol
I hope everyone are loving the program, it honestly seems to be working !!
